Star-Plus - Taking a Manual Credit Card
Manual Card Entry
When taking a manual card three pieces of information will be required to have the transaction run sucessfully.
1. Card Number
2. Expiration Date
3. CVV
Additional PinPad Prompts:
The pinpad will prompt for additional informtion that is not required to take the card. On any screens that you do not have the information for just press the green button on the pinpad.
Steps to Taking a Card:
Within Star-Plus:
1. Ring in desired items
2. Select "Card"
3. Select or Press F1
- You will then see a message in blue of "Force Manual Card Entry"

This is shown below!

5. Look to pinpad and fill prompted information
- Card Number
- Expiration Date
- CVV
- ECT
6. Press the green button through any addtional prompts that you do not have the information for. Wait for approved message, then look back at Star-Plus to confirm payment!
