Sending Loyalty Letters - Auto-Star

Navigate to the 'Loyalty Parameters' module under the 'Associates' tab of the Star-Plus menu. 


Within Loyalty Parameters, go to the 'Loyalty Letters' tab at the top of the window.


You must have a format created, add something to the message body, such as below.


Click save, and then click Print/Email. You will then be prompted for which criteria you would like to use to select the customers you would like to send the letter to. If you choose selected customers, the next page will have a list of all customers to choose from.


Finally, for any attachments, make sure include email attachment is selected, and attach what you would like to send to the customers. 


Click Email to send the loyalty letter out to the selected customers.
