Local Express: Understanding the Dashboard
Below is terms and directions to use the dashboard to gain insightful information about a stores sale information. Please refer to each sections for specifics.
Total Sales - Based on Date Range:
Terms:
Aggregation:
This tells the dashboard how you want the data to be grouped. If you want to see the data by the day, you would select day and so one. Data will be totaled based on this selection.
Date Ranges:
This functions as the date filter for when you want to report on. Selecting the days will be done by first selecting the starting day, then selecting the ending day.
Data Type:
Data type will control how the report is filtered based on order status. It's always best to select "Order by finish date"

"Order by finish date" will only show orders received on that date
Weekly Sales Total:
1. Select aggregation type within the drop down. Select "Month" in this example.
2. Set date range for desired time. Date will be from start of day to end of day.

Setting this to a week of time will only report on that week, you can report on and range of days and it will be totaled by the month.
3. Select "Order by finish date"
4. Allow report to populate. If your screen doesn't look similar to screenshot below the portal has not completed loading.

Total will appear under "Sales & Orders"
